Return Policy

Petsilk.com gladly accepts returns of products purchased at  our online store (www.petsilk.com) for a full refundwithin 30 days of original purchase. Unfortunately, Pet Silk products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Pet Silk.  Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.

Please kindly take note:

  • To be  accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping and we cannot accept any “return to sender” packages.
  • The total amount of the discount received on a “promotional discount” purchase will be deducted from the refund amount on a return of individual products from the purchase.
  • We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.

How:

To send returns by mail completely fill out the Returns Form that came in your package and ship the form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. If you received the item(s) as a gift and do not want the refund to go to the original purchaser, please indicate this on the Returns Form as an exchange. In that case, we will exchange your item for equal or greater value of the current retail price.

Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Pet Silk is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your returns to:
