Return Policy

We are always dedicated to providing you with the best customer experience possible. You may return most
new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund to the payment
method used to purchase. Only products purchased from the Pet Silk website may be returned for refund.
Photo evidence is required for processing.
If your refund is approved you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package
to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period
includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it
takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to
process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Pet Silk will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect
or defective item), in which case we will require photos of the items. Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Please contact the carrier to file a claim. Once the claim number has been provided you must contact
Pet Silk to provide the number in order to receive a replacement order.
Mail your return with the packing slip to the below address. It is recommended to use a traceable shipping
method via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. JPMS is not responsible for returns that are lost or missing in transit.
